Hey, I’m Amy, founder of Realm Glow Studio, certified personal trainer, yoga instructor, airbrush contour artist, and lifelong performer.
My journey has always lived at the intersection of art, movement, and transformation. I started in dance and gymnastics, earned a scholarship out of high school, and later trained in makeup and special effects before taking the stage as a professional singer, touring, performing, and learning firsthand what it takes to shine both in the spotlight and behind the scenes.
That experience shaped how I see beauty and strength: it’s not just how you look, it’s how you carry yourself.
Now, I bring that same understanding to Realm Glow Studio, a space where self-care meets sweat, and artistry meets athleticism.
Based inside Collective Beauty Co., Realm Glow offers specialized contour spray tans and personalized training for those who live to perform — whether that’s on stage, on camera, or in competition. From bodybuilders and professional wrestlers to actors, dancers, and everyday warriors — I help my clients look and feel as powerful as they are.
